I am a renaissance man.  I have a ton of interests and love connecting with people while thinking deeply about who my clients and target audience are at their core.

I am a first generation immigrant from Jamaica.

I am a lawyer.

I am a former entrepreneur.

I am a fierce advocate for education.

I am a father.

I am a serial volunteer.

Professionally, I have worked for 2 Fortune 600 companies as Legal Counsel, I have been a graduate of the prestigious Mckinsey Black Management Accelerator, I have had the pleasure of helping multiple early stage startups, I have grown Employee Resource Groups 3x  in membership in the span of a year, I have helped connect multiple Non-Profits with resources and funds for events. I have been able to accomplish these things through relationship building, mentorship and God's grace.

I started this project because I realized that;

1. Inhindsight I wish more minority professionals spoke to me about what to expect.
2. Inhindsight I wish more discussion about entrepreneurship in the minority community was simplified.
3. Inhindsight I wish more young professionals came back to speak to me when I was a student.
4. Inhindsight I wish community activism wasn't just a focus of a small group of altruistic people.
5. Inhindisight I wish more motivational speakers were able to speak to the masses not just the outliers.
